No. Avenirs.ch is a private, independent company. We do not work for the cantonal administration: we work for you, in your dealings with it. We prepare your files, write your letters and follow up on your procedures, with your consent.
For almost anything to do with paperwork: a letter to understand, a procedure to complete, a file to put together, an insurance policy to review, a project to prepare… If your request is outside our scope, we tell you straight away and point you to the right contact.
It depends on the procedure and the time it takes. At the first conversation, we assess your situation and tell you the price before we start.
Yes. Your information is used only to handle your file. It is never sold or passed on to third parties without your consent.
Whatever you have to hand: letters received, insurance policies, your last tax return… It doesn't need to be sorted, that's our job. If a document is missing, we send you a clear list.
No. For an amicable divorce, for example, we help you gather the documents, fill in the forms and prepare the file. If your situation calls for legal advice, we recommend you consult a lawyer or a mediator.
